CFAT IT Training and Development Center was inaugurated by superintendent of police (SP) Shamli Ajaypal Sharma, Circle Office (CO) Kairana Bhushan Verma and Renowned scholar Molana Rashid with many well-known local faces like Director of Roorkee Engineering College Dr H N Dutta. My Dutta is former scientist at CSIR National Physical Laboratory New Delhi, former Shamli Chairman Rajeswar Bansal, Dr. Farhan Alvi, Alam Choudhury, Mufti Talib etc,

SP Shamli Mr. Ajaypal Sharma appreciated CFAT IT initiatives and promised all the support from the administration. He said he is available all the time for everyone but his preference is always for such initiatives. On this occasion, CFAT awarded certification of appreciation of 13 students of 8th grade who performed extra ordinary in science quiz organized by CFAT in 5 different schools of Kairana.

Mr Dutta said if we focus to engage youth for the right education at the right time then they can achieve highest position in their life but today many youths are without any vision and there are chances they may go into wrong direction which might be hazardous for our youth and lead to other consequences like chemical imbalance, weakness of body, lack of mind concentration etc. He put lot of emphasis and shared the benefits of computer education among the youth and young children.

Mr Rajeswar Bansal shared his work which he is doing for Shamli since more than decades, He shared some details of his efforts like vocation training center, computer centers where more than 750 girls from rural areas are getting benefits.
Mr Bansal congratulated CFAT team for their efforts and assured all cooperation and support

The backbone of CFAT and its mission is its selfless and dedicated volunteers who are working relentlessly day and night to serve the community. CFAT ICC Kairana President Dr Khursheed Anwar conveyed his blessing. Vice President Nawab Alam (M Tech IIT), Public Relation Officer Mufti Athar Shamsi, ICC Kairana education Director Mohd Nadeem (MSc), CFAT VTC In-charge Shadan Ansari, CFAT IT Center education director Shahid Ali (MCA), ICC Kairana technical in-charge Rahbar worked hard to make this program very successful. I am sure there are many names which I am missing who worked hard to make this event memorable. Very special thanks to the team. Only Almighty God can compensate their good deeds.

Idea behind CFAT IT Training and Development Center.

The complete picture of the rural areas can be revolutionized if we can manage sufficient amount of computer services penetration there. It is anyway a very major form of discrimination against the lesser privileged in rural areas as they have lesser functional knowledge of computer and more and more services are computer based today.

Therefore it is very important that every male and women, married or unmarried is provided with sufficient opportunities to learn computer operations and take complete advantage of the situation.

Indian Scenario

It is also very important for a country having demographic denominations like India as still today a major proportion of population resides in rural locations only. There is roughly a 60 percent of population engaged in agriculture work and with even the slightest of technological input the production can increase gigantically.

Impact on rural economic structure

Further talking about peasants only we find that the main problem in front of these hard working rural people are the unavailability of the proper markets and presence of middleman. Both these factors are dependent on information and understanding majorly. With only a little input in this segment can yield great outputs. It will have manifestations in the mission to eradicate the poverty too.

Government efforts

Although the meteorological department of India is employing very advanced methodologies like surveying the fields and waters with the help of satellites and compiling an exhaustive information over the resources and possible productivity. But unfortunate fact is that these fruits are not able to percolate down to the level of the normal peasant which should be getting benefit from these. All this remains confined till the policy documents only and does not yield benefits it should be providing.
There are various factors which are aggravating the scenario including the indifferent attitude of the authorities and unwillingness to learn the technology because of proper direction. There are segments of society where modern technology is deemed to be evil as it has reduced the employment opportunities they used to get.

There are other economic activities besides farming which may benefit with the help of the technological advancement observed in the field of computers. There have been positive efforts in this regard too.

Various government and non-government authorities have made contribution in different capacities. In the private initiatives, Care for all trust and Rahbar Foundation joined hands which is being highly appreciated by local administration and local people. It is a knowledge center based infrastructural service. Local youth needs to go to Shamli or nearby cities for better computer education. CFAT brought highly skilled trainers from Delhi who will stay in Kairana and provide from low IT skills typing, PDP, tally basic Microsoft office certification to high IT skills, programming language like C, C++, Java, Hardware Networking, Web development etc and other rural residents may get information and avail various services from CFAT IT Training and Development center.

There are numerous government initiatives too. They are even larger in scope and operations but due to the careless attitude of the authorities who are supposed to implement those they are less effective.

Overall situation and importance of improvement

Overall there can be no doubt that for India to grow in present situation it is very necessary that computer infrastructure and knowledge base is expanded and increased. It is very critical because the targeted segment is the poor segment of the society. It will help the country to grow and most importantly it will help the country to grow inclusively. There has already been sufficient delay in this regard and more delay in this regard will push India into a situation which will be very hard to overcome
